1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial ammonium sulfite.
This standard applies to solid ammonium sulfite and liquid ammonium sulfite products produced by the reaction of ammonium bicarbonate or other ammonia sources with sulfur dioxide.
